Installing your eSIM
Two minutes. Do it on the phone you want to use it on — an eSIM cannot be moved afterwards.
Before you start:
Be on Wi-Fi, and keep your existing physical SIM in the phone. This eSIM is internet only — your current number carries on working for calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and banking OTPs.
Open Settings → Mobile Service
Go to Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular). Tap Add eSIM or Set Up Mobile Service.
Scan the QR Code
Select Use QR Code and point your iPhone camera at the QR code displayed on your PhoneHearts order confirmation page. Tap Continue when prompted.
Turn ON Data Roaming
Set your Mobile Data line to PhoneHearts eSIM, tap on the eSIM line, and toggle Data Roaming ON. Your iPhone will connect to Jazz 4G LTE within 10 seconds!
